The BIPT (Belgian Institute for Postal Services and Telecommunications) has created an online application helping each consumer find the rate plan best suited to their needs among the principal Belgian operators and according to their consumption habits in telecommunications.
We developed a tool allowing all our retail postpaid customers to get a detailed overview of their mobile usage (national and international calls, SMS, MMS and data traffic) so that they have the necessary details to fill-in the online form on www.besttariff.be, and generate the list of tariff plans that best suit their needs.
how to get the detailed overview of my mobile usage ?
Each BASE postpaid customer has the possibility to check the overview of their mobile usage online.
- if you already have access to this service, you will find a link to this detailed overview at the bottom of your homepage
- if you do not have access to this service yet, you can request it in a minute: you only have to send “LOGIN” to the toll-free number 1914. You will then receive your password via text message. Should you want to define your password yourself, send “LOGIN” <your password> (e.g. 'LOGIN Jan12345') to 1914. The only thing left to do is enter your mobile phone number and your password on the above-mentioned page in order to access all your invoices as well as the detailed overview of your mobile usage from the last billing period.
ATTENTION : Since the detailed overview is based on your last invoice, new customers will have to wait until they have received at least one invoice before they can generate the detailed overview of their mobile usage.
